Chaga is also known as "birch mushroom." As the name suggests, it is a mushroom that grows on birch trees. Although it is not like the mushroom foods we know, such as mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and Brazilian mushrooms, it is indeed a mushroom. This entity is similar to woody ingredients such as Antrodia camphorata and Ganoderma.
Chaga's surface is tar-like black with irregular and internal fibers, hard and dark brown. It absorbs the juice of birch trees as a source of nutrients and needs to grow for decades. Due to poor growth conditions, the number is relatively small. Usually, it is ground into a fine powder and brewed. If it is medicinal, it needs to be extracted. The most important active ingredient is a polysaccharide, which is mainly present in the cell wall, consists of chitin and is difficult to decompose.
Production process: The entire process is operated in the GMP specification factory.
Extraction principle:

High temperature - high temperature centrifugal spray drying.
Low temperature - low temperature vacuum continuous drying.

The minimum extraction volume is 3 tons (the extraction tank size is 3 tons).
