Agaricus blazei Murill, also known as the Brazilian mushroom, is the king of mushrooms. Native to Brazil, Peru. It lives in a hot, humid and ventilated environment. It has a almond flavor and is refreshing and smooth. Agaricus blazei has an excellent taste and is of high edible value. The edible portion contains 40-45 g of crude protein, 38-45 g of soluble sugar, 6-8 g of crude fiber, 3-4 g of fat and 5-7 g of ash per 100 g of finished product; the protein component includes 18 kinds of amino acids, and there are 8 essential substances in the human body. The amino acid is intact. Contains multiple vitamins and ergosterols.

Extraction principle:
  • High temperature - high temperature centrifugal spray drying.
