This protein contains a lot of high-quality amino acids, and many other vitamins, especially the high vitamin D precursor ergosterol (ergosterol), which can be converted into vitamin D2 in the human body after proper sun exposure. In shiitake mushrooms, there is an amino acid, Eritadenin, which promotes the excretion of cholesterol in the body after ingestion.

Extraction principle:
